A diet rich in toma­toes could be the key to wrin­kle-free skin. Toma­toes con­tain an an­tiox­i­dant called ly­copene, which helps shield the skin from harm­ful UV ra­di­a­tion. In a Ger­man study of 65 peo­ple, those who were given a sup­ple­ment called TNC (tomato nu­tri­ent com­plex) were found to have in­creased skin pro­tec­tion, re­duced red­ness and less DNA dam­age.
