A diet rich in tomatoes could be the key to wrinkle-free skin. Tomatoes contain an antioxidan­t called lycopene, which helps shield the skin from harmful UV radiation. In a German study of 65 people, those who were given a supplement called TNC (tomato nutrient complex) were found to have increased skin protection, reduced redness and less DNA damage.
