“I grew up in an all-Amer­i­can town in Con­necti­cut and my grand­mother gave me the taste for au­then­tic Jewish treats. There was noth­ing bet­ter than help­ing her while she pre­pared mem­o­rable food. I loved cook­ing so much that I quit my cor­po­rate job and went to culi­nary school. On my blog, What Jew Wanna Eat, I com­bine Jewish flavours from around the world to put a mod­ern spin on classic recipes.”
