Reuniting with an old friend

For 30 years throughout my working life I regularly bought, read and enjoyed The Australian Women’s Weekly, delighting in the contents and looking forward to each month’s issue. Last year I became happily retired and felt I needed to restrain my finances. Sadly, the magazine had to go as part of my budgeting. After six months however, I saw your latest edition and I thought how could I let my favourite friend go? So I bought a copy. Thank you for being part of my life, giving me hope, comfort and enjoyment as I read the magazine. I learn so much about other women’s lives and their achievements, I get to try new recipes, and I pick up home and garden hints that I can use in my own home. Thank you for being my friend.
