Suit­able cuts are beef fil­let/ten­der­loin, rib eye/Scotch fil­let, stand­ing rib roast, rump, sir­loin. Per 500g, cook at 200°C (180°C fan-forced) for: Rare 15-20 min­utes Medium 20-25 min­utes Well done 25-30 min­utes
