Suitable cuts are beef fillet/tenderloin, rib eye/Scotch fillet, standing rib roast, rump, sirloin. Per 500g, cook at 200°C (180°C fan-forced) for: Rare 15-20 minutes Medium 20-25 minutes Well done 25-30 minutes
