GUILT FOOD

-

Young Kiwis are turning to junk food for comfort, then regretting the decision afterwards. A study of 1071 New Zealanders found 40 per cent of participants admitted they were aware their health and eating habits need to be improved. Seventy-five per cent of those aged between 18 and 34 admitted feeling guilty for eating fast food, and 56 per cent in the 35 to 44 age group felt similar guilt.
