Feeling proud

Reading through October’s Australian Women’s Weekly, I am struck by the strength and character of women like Georgina Beyer, Marilyn Waring, Hana Olds, Mihingarangi Forbes and Edith Eger, to name a few. Although the articles are different, the link is “strength of character”. They have overcome many difficulties in their journey to make a positive difference. It makes me proud to be a woman.
