Magic in Morocco

Morocco is memorable for lots of reasons, not least the incredible food. With Berber, Mediterranean and Andalusian influences, traditional flavours include saffron, paprika, cumin, anise, nutmeg and turmeric. Haggling amongst the brightly coloured, impossibly high peaks of spices in immaculate rows in the market is a quintessential Moroccan experience.
