Heritage building sale

Two high-profile Christchurch heritage buildings are for sale — as is where is.what is left of the Odeon Theatre on Tuam S and the neighbouring Lawrie & Wilson Auctioneers property are on the market. The partially-demolished theatre made the Christchurch City Council s dirty 30 list of quakedamaged eyesores in the CBD. Government-owned rebuild agency Otakaro is the current owner of the Category One and Two buildings.
