The new Micro-talk Gateway enables performance-seeking sailors to take advantage of the enhanced accuracy and easy installation of Raymarine’s wireless, solar-powered, wind transmitter options, so they can use these lightweight, extremely accurate sensors with Raymarine’s i60, i70 and i70s instrumentation. When used with the optional Raymarine Wireless Mast Rotation Sensor, the Micro-talk Gateway can also provide precise wind information on yachts with rotating and winged masts, with the mast rotation angle displayed on Raymarine MultiFunction Displays (MFDS) running Lighthouse II V17 software. Users of Micro-talk Gateway can also ‘mix and match’ any combination of wired and wireless Raymarine instruments, transducers, MFDS and autopilots. Ultra-compact and waterproof, Micro-talk Gateway plugs into the boat’s Seatalk network and enables the high-speed transmission of a huge range of data between Raymarine and Tacktick wireless instruments and traditional wired instruments, MFDS and autopilots. It can be mounted anywhere on board.
