EXTENDING ITS RANGE of amphibious boats, Sealegs is launching a new 7.5m Semi-cab amphibious RIB, which will debut at the Auckland Boat Show next month.

Building on the new Sealegs 7.5m amphibious RIB platform, this model better protects passengers from wind and weather, increasing their comfort.

A feature on the 7.5m Semi-cab is the new electric windscreen which can be extended or retracted to suit weather conditions. The electric windscreen was designed to look pillarless to maintain clear vision underway and take in panoramic ocean views when at anchor.

The new Semi-cab model transforms the existing 7.5m centre-console to a fullwidth, super-wide, wrap-around console with extendable windscreen and offset steering. The Semi-cab shares its sleek styling and on-water performance with other Sealegs 7.5m RIBS. After its Auckland release, the new craft is expected to be available internationally in 2021. www.sealegs.com

AFTER THE SUCCESSFUL launch of the GT32 last year, the Gran Turismo line continues to expand with the arrival of the Gran Turismo 36, combining speed and functionality.

The Gran Turismo 36 has bold lines and a sporty hull with Zipwake interceptor tabs providing dynamic trim control in all weather conditions. Her innovative deck plan provides exceptional facilities and ample space throughout.

Up forward there’s a stunning semi-recessed sun pad. The new, innovative cockpit is well-designed with all the features of a 40-footer. Below deck, two cabins, the lounge area, head with separate shower and a well-equipped galley are perfect for extended trips away.

Available in both inboard and outboard engine versions, contact 36° Brokers for more details. www.36degrees.nz
