Ponies: Pony rides are on at Overdale Riding Centre, 1835 Cambridge Rd for $5. Ukelele: The Riverside Ukes meet at the Cambridge Health and Community Centre, 22a Taylor St, from 6.30pm to 9.30pm. Hot air balloons: Balloons Over Waikato is on at Innes Common, Lake Domain Dr, Hamilton from 7am. For five days, experience the amazing site of 20-30 hot air balloons ascending through the Waikato sunrise at around 7am! Hot air balloons will inflate and take off weather permitting each day. Hamilton’s biggest night out, at the Zuru Nightglow on the Saturday night, where you can enjoy 5 hours of family entertainment, live bands on stage, an orchestrated hot air balloon glow show to music, finishing with the best fireworks display in town at the University of Waikato.
