Dancing: Rock and Roll Dance is on every Thursday night from 6.45pm - 8.30pm at St Andrew’s Church for $5 a class. Contact Colleen on 021 160 3725. Beginners welcome. Children welcome too for $1. Racing: There is greyhound racing at the Cambridge Raceway from 4.30pm. Bowls: There are bowls every Thursday at 1pm at the Senior Citizens Hall. Phone Christine on 827 0614. Avantidrome every Saturday at 8am. it is a free timed 5km run, rain or shine. Starting just below the Avantidrome, run along the Te Awa walkway towards Cambridge for 2.5km before returning to the start line. Please register at parkrun.co.nz beforehand and print our your barcode. Bowls: Would you like to know about playing outdoor bowls pop along to the Thornton Club, 37 Thornton Rd from 2pm - 4pm.
