Women’s swim

A women’s swimming programme at Cameron Pools is open to all ages and backgrounds. It will continue through Ramadan. Classes are every Sunday from 6.30pm to 8.30pm at 53 Arundel St in Mt Roskill. Swimming lessons, aquacise, cardio and weight machines and pool activities are held for the first hour. The second hour includes time in the spa, sauna and steam room.
