Coeliac week

May 18 to 24 is Coeliac Awareness Week. Coeliac New Zealand wants to educate Kiwis on this hidden disease and to get people tested. Up to 70,000 Kiwis are living with coeliac disease with 80 per cent unaware they have this autoimmune disorder caused by gluten. See coeliac. org.nz/CAW for more information.
