FREE HELP ON HAND
BNZ is looking for Auckland community groups who are in need of a helping hand. On August 23 thousands of BNZ staff will close up shop and head out into the community to help organisations across the country. For it’s eighth year running, Closed for Good invites community groups to register projects that encourage BNZ staff to get out in the community and get stuck into projects. Last year more than 1000 staff took part in 186 central Auckland community projects and more than 500 nation wide. From participating in DIY projects to teaching school children how to manage their money, Closed For Good is a rewarding day for all involved. To find out more and to submit a project, visit www.closedforgood.org. Submissions close on July 7.
