SOUTHPAW BREWING COMPANY, RIDING PINE RED IPA

I was pleasantly surprised one afternoon when we cracked a Southpaw Riding Pine Red IPA and it was good. I mean, really good. The complex malt finished drier than expected and it balanced the spicy pine and zesty hop flavour. I am a big fan of blending NZ and US hop varieties and Southpaw are doing this well.
