Milk safety promoted in new YouTube videos from Sondex

With New Zealand about to move to the next phase in controlling and auditing milk quality – NZPC1 will set new challenges for the Dairy farmer.

One of New Zealand’s biggest names in dairy has launched its second YouTube video series Farm Focus, in an attempt to promote responsible dairy farming around the country.

The topic of the series is milk safety and quality, and features farmers explaining how they’re maintaining the high level of quality and safety in their production.

A revised dairy pasteurizing code NZPC1 is soon to be released, and this will have a huge impact on dairy farmers. Significant changes are being made to the cooling requirements of the milk after it leaves the cow.
