AUSPACK all set to be another winner

Processing machinery will continue to be a critical focus for AUSPACK 2015 with an impressive list of companies that have already signed up for the 30th anniversar­y show.

Companies such as TNA Australia, Heat & Control, Walls Machinery, Krones and JL Lennard are just some of the processing exhibitors returning to the show on 24-27 March at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre.

In addition processing companies such as Daxner Pacific, Lothar A Wolf Speizialma­schinen, as well as first time exhibitors Viking Food Solutions and Summit Machinery will be at the show.

Viking Food Solutions offer cuttingedg­e food processing and packaging solutions ranging from vacuum packaging equipment and materials, dip tanks, shrink packaging, tray sealers, trays and film and food labels.

The industries Viking services include fresh and processed meat, poultry, seafood, dairy and other chilled food products.

Stuart Mead, director of Viking Food Solutions, says: “First impression is the last impression, and in a rapidly growing economy no one understand­s this better than owners in the food industry.

“The Vikingauto­matic hamburger machine is designed to be used in the manufactur­e of many different shaped burger patties; all to a uniform size and weight. The Viking XG 680 automatic tray sealer is an inline tray sealer suitable for MAP packing of a large range of products such as cold cuts, meats, poultry, cheese, fresh pasta and ready meals. These are just two of the solutions that we will have on our stand at AUSPACK 2015.”

Summit Machinery is active in the vegetable, salad, cheese, meat and nut industries across Australia and New Zealand.

The firm has a range of salad washers, spin dryers, trim tables, conveyors, elevators and ancillary equipment and they also represents FAM (Belgium) size reduction machinery, (dicers, slicers, shredders), Stumabo (Belgium) Industrial machine knife manufactur­ers, Dofra (Holland) processing machinery for the potato, onion and capsicum and Tenrit (Germany) processing machinery for Carrots.

The processing equipment side of AUSPACK continues to grow and welcoming new exhibitors such as Viking Solutions and Summit Machinery will add true value to the visitor experience.
