ET MGI 300W DC-DC Converter offers wide input range and IP67 protection

The B62SR Series is the latest product offering from a world leader in power systems technology and manufacturing Delta Electronics and is now in stock at Powerbox Pacific Ltd. Offering a very wide input voltage range of 18~106V, these isolated converters have single DC outputs of 12.4V, 13.7V and 24V DC at power ratings from 200W (when Vin < 27V) to 300W (when Vin > 27V). The B62SR Series are fully potted converters providing a ruggedised solution for high vibration environments. These converters also meet IP67 protection standards (does not include the connector and fuse holder) making them suitable for roadside or outdoor cabinet projects and for use in industrial grade applications.

There are a number of protective safety features including, input under voltage lockout, output over current limit, short circuit, output over voltage, over temperature, input reverse polarity protections and it has an integrated fuse holder. It also has parallel function and allows a wide operating temperature range of – 40°C to +75°C. With creative design technology and optimisation of component placement, the B62SR Series provides outstanding electrical and thermal performance, as well as high reliability under extremely harsh operating conditions. The converters are sold with a DC cable harness making it a “plug-in-go” solution.
