HACCP Auditor Data Management System – Comark KM-N5001

-

Food businesses need to conduct a hazard analysis of their food operations and implement suitable and sufficient controls to eliminate the risks posed by identified hazards. They will need a fully documented food safety management system based on HACCP principles.

Using Comark HACCP products, gathering the data electronically has never been easier. Hand held instruments can be fully programmed to record information on all critical events in your HACCP plan, including temperature and cleaning checks. The information is then uploaded via a local PC, reducing the risk of errors and saving hours of time collating paper records. Easy reporting and audit of data means you are always prepared when food safety inspectors visit.

The Comark N5001 USB auditor is a completely new concept in hand held instrumentation for logging, monitoring & managing data. Specifically designed for use in HACCP, due diligence, and health and safety systems, the instrument can be fully programmed, using the Auditor (PC) software, to suit the application. This provides the flexibility and recording functions of palm held organizers, but in a rugged waterproof (not worth stealing) unit. Your temperature measurement plan, sanitation processes, and other audited actions can be programmed in – with corrective actions for alarm conditions. The operator uses the unit to be guided through the processes, enters data, and acknowledges actions, and responds if alarms occur. Data is then downloaded and stored. • Provides effective due diligence records. • Program virtually any critical control check to suit your
