Dyno Conveyors are “upping the ante” in service, according to Sales Manager Scott McLean.

“People’s expectations of working with a company that makes everything go smoothly are constantly increasing. We want to lead in that area every bit as much as in the quality and innovativeness of our conveyors.”

First off Dyno’s production line is a new website, launching soon, which will be optimised for Smartphones and iPads. Scott says this will provide the information clients, and potential clients, are looking for along with some technology and services they may not yet be aware of.

“It’s sharper and it’s more convenient, and it takes into consideration the way people do business now.”

At the same time, the company is increasing the emphasis on the personal approach that Dyno has built its reputation on. The new Dyno Care programme, which provides scheduled services and checks, along with safety and efficiency audits has attracted a lot of interest and Scott says he’s very pleased with the reaction to the initiative.

The company are also gearing up for SouthMACH 17, which runs from May 24 -25 at Christchurch’s Horncastle Arena. The bienniel event is the South Island’s premier technology trade show, and is an opportunity for engineers, operations managers and others in the industry not only to to see innovations but to meet the innovators face-to-face.

Among the products to look for on Dyno’s stand, 116, is the vertical lift conveyor.

This supremely reliable system is designed to suit your specific application. Ultimately saves on space, providing an uninterupted flow from one level to another, increasing efficiency and working within your current layout for rapid return on investment.
