Submission guidelines

We welcome your news and photos. To help us, please send all images as high resolution JPG files (300DPI at a 100% printable size of at least A5). Do not send Word documents with photos embedded on the page as we cannot use those photos. Name photos and your text document with the same name. We do not accept PDF press releases.
