Tornado high-flow jetting tank washer

Available from Tecpro Australia is the Breconcherry Tornado, a highflow jetting tank washer that's designed to provide high impact jets for difficult to clean products such as yeast, glue and resin.

The Tornado produces two highly focused jets that move around the tank in a spiral pattern to provide a powerful 360˚ coverage. The mechanism is driven entirely by the cleaning fluid, with geared movement to maintain an optimum jet peripheral velocity that maximises jet impingement and chemical dwell times.

Ideal for large vessels, including brewing tanks, mixing vessels and chemical reactors, the system has several advantages over alternative tank cleaning heads.

Advantages include a seven minute wash cycle, that reduces down-time and increases productivity.
