Describe your early morning routine

Jessica: I wake up at 5am, work out from 6-7am. I get home and set a timer and it takes me literally 25 minutes to get ready — shower, get dressed, do my makeup, eat breakfast. And then I have my shake and go to work. I do this four days a week.

Madeleine: I’m the opposite, I tend to scramble in the mornings. I work out at night — I much prefer it to clear my head. I set my alarm early with good intentions but have been known to snooze three or four times… And before you know it, Jess will be on my doorstep ready to pick me up.
