This vibrant, aromatic sauce is rich in flavours that explode in the mouth. Serves 3 Ready in 30 minutes

1 pack Ceres Organics Quinoa Rice Spaghetti 3 tbsp Ceres Organics Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 cloves garlic, roughly crushed 1 fresh chilli, finely sliced (optional) 1 tbsp Ceres Organics Capers, drained, roughly chopped 3 tbsp Ceres Organics Kalamata Olives, sliced in half and stone removed 1 pack Ceres Organics Chopped Tomatoes, combisafe pack Sea Salt Fresh Basil leaves, torn

Cook pasta as directed on the pack. Set aside.

Heat olive oil in a large pan. Sauté garlic until it just changes colour. Add the chilli, capers and olives, cook for 1 minute. Add tomatoes, and simmer until sauce is thick and reduced, about 10 minutes. Season to taste.

Toss pasta and basil in sauce. Serve warm.
