Saving sand

Beer company DB Export has come up with a crafty idea to create ecofriendly concrete mix made from DB Export beer bottle sand. Their goal is to alleviate pressure on New Zealand’s beaches caused by sand mining. To date they’ve created more than 100 tonnes of the sand substitute made from unrecyclable bottles.
