“Accept Who You Are”

Good - - BEAUTY -

Tim Seutter got into yoga in his late 20s. He was tired of being sore after years of sports and weight-lifting. After a hot yoga session, he never looked back and now teaches Vinyasa-based power yoga and stand-up paddleboard yoga.

“There is a movement for us all to accept who we are and to realise we are all beautiful, just the way we are. There is an industry out there that displays an ideal that, for many of us, is hard to reach.

I keep it simple with coconut oil for a moisturiser and use doTERRA essential oil products on my skin. In particular, I use their Immortelle blend, which has sandalwood and frankincense. Sandalwood is great for men to keep testosterone in balance. I also use their Balance oil blend, as I find it smells great and is better than body sprays or colognes that can have nasty chemicals in them.

I use a natural shaving soap and brush with a straight razor. I think shaving, for men, should be a ritual, so I use old-school products that give a cleaner, closer shave and help prevent ingrown hairs. To finish, I put the Immortelle blend all over my face.”
