Face-to-face support is available at two Hamilton stores – in Hamilton East and in Dinsdale – or Mega Computers will come to your home or business.
“It works out cheaper for you to bring your system in to us because we offer a fixed price on shop repairs,” says owner Fazli Ibrahim.
“Face-to-face support also means we can show customers how to fix that straightforward problem so next time it happens they can take care of it themselves. We only charge if we need to repair something.”
Turn-around on computer repairs is one to three days unless the part can’t be sourced in New Zealand. Mega Computers also offers a one-hour repair service on mobile phones.
“Our qualified computer technicians – all with at least three years’ experience – can identify problems and sort them quickly, effectively and efficiently. And we have an excellent, wide- ranging supply of parts in stock so we can actually do same- day repairs for 90 per cent of computing electronics brought in,” Fazli says.
Complementing the repairs, is the range of computers, laptops and all other computer accessories the business has for sale.
