Our Facebook post ‘‘There is a powerful anti-bullying message coming from inside Hawke's Bay Regional Prison's Youth Unit’’ has prompted the following comments.

Lance Cooper: Awesome effort from all of those involved. Goes to show, these young men have talent in abundance and, given the right support, can achieve great things. Anahera Aotearoa: Hope my nephew is well. Love you heaps, Jerry boi. They are young and due to their environment/upbringing they have no real understanding of the aftermath effects or punishment for crime. Therefore it’s good to know decent treatment is provided, like those programmes. I think they can be helpful when released, only if there are also further beneficial programmes and not just home detention, curfew reporting or PD.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: The best advice I can give you regarding parallel parking is . . . Keenan Combrinck: Don't do it. Matthew Hutchinson: Don't.

Leon Davidson: Do it right.

Maree Green: Park somewhere else. Steven Waerea: Stay close to the inside front vehicle.

Donna-Marie Schulz: Practice makes perfect.

Denise Gore: Pray an end park is free. Amanda Lee: Line up your wing mirror with the wing mirror of the front car, reverse and turn when your mirror lines up with the back door. Gaylene Knott: Walk.

Maureen Brown: Reverse in.

Helen Martin: Hate to sound smug, but I've never had a problem with this. I think it was the driving lessons with an instructor my parents insisted we had. Pull right up along the car in front, back down slowly, start to turn the rear end of your car as you go. Get in, straighten up. Katrina Park: Have a small vehicle.
