GET GOING, GET PRAWNS

Prawns are such a handy ingredient. Keep a bag in the freezer and you’ve always got a meal in the making. They are also readily available fresh now in supermarke­ts or specialty fish shops. These dishes are meals in themselves and are also low in carbs and have no refined sugar. The kelp noodles used in the first recipe are gluten-free, low in calories and carbohydra­tes and fat-free — they’re available online and in many health food/specialty food stores and some supermarke­ts. Dare I say it — grab yourself some prawns and give these a go.
