Smashed avocado
2 ripe avocados 1 Tbsp finely sliced spring onion 1 Tbsp lemon juice Pinch of smoked paprika Zest of ¼ of an orange Salt to taste
Mash the avocado in a bowl with a fork
Add the spring onion, lemon juice, smoked paprika, orange zest and salt to taste.
Mix well to combine.
