I were two completely separate things? In my defence Steptoe and Son is extremely before my time, starting way back in 1962. They’re both British, both got similar titles — look, it’s an easy mistake to make. This is the one that doesn’t have Richard E. Grant in it, but it does have a grubby old rag and bone man, and was once voted the 15th best sitcom in a BBC poll. Good enough for me.
