Okay, in its 15 years on air, ER had its ebbs and flows, but for the work of Anthony Edwards and Noah Wyle alone, it earned its place on the list.

House

This drama about a socially awkward doctor (Hugh Laurie) who diagnoses mystery illnesses was deemed overly complicate­d, with an unappealin­g main character.
