Aproperty developer mindful of the detail and design built into homes and the cost required to achieve that was so impressed with this home he bought it for his own family.
Steven and his wife have two young children and became the
third owners of this circa-2009 home when they purchased it in 2016. “My experience meant I could appreciate how much thought and cost the original owners had poured into this home and the superior value it offered in this sort of price range,” says Steven.

Steven says the $300,000-plus he’s spent on the property includes a new sound system, heat pumps, curtaining, interior and exterior re-painting. The family are selling having fallen for another special property.
