Rocktober Melee was held at Horowhenua Petanque Club on Saturday 29th and there were 30 entrants from Whanganui, Otaki Manawatu and Horowhenua, the weather was very kind to us and friendly competition.
The winner was Claire Wilson, Whanganui, 2nd Alan Frost, Manawatu, 3rd Lynley Wistrand, Otaki, 4th Marie Jones, Horowhenua, and 5th Allan Hall, Horowhenua.
