A story recently went viral about an Auckland man who works in advertisin­g and brought a clown as a support person with him to a redundancy meeting. DDB regional chief creative officer for Australia and New Zealand Damon Stapleton recently hired this man and said for him, it demonstrat­ed two lessons about creativity:

1. It can change the rules of any situation 2.

It can get your power back when you have none.
