We learned this week ( Dominion Post, 29/3) that PCC spent $555,793 since 2010 on marketing and promoting the city. We hear continual bleating by the mayor and others that outsiders have a poor perception of Porirua. Clearly therefore, the view has to be that all our marketing money over many years has failed to achieve a positive result. Why then do we continue to employ a marketing manager who fails to deliver?
