Scammers on the prowl

ASB customers are being targeted by a scam email encouraging them to confirm their account details online.

Brad Bradley from Pukerua Bay received one of the emails on April 25, which said different computers had logged onto his online banking account, and multiple password failures had occurred.

He was asked to re-confirm his online login and password or his account would be suspended.

ASB Bank told Mr Bradley it was a scam. He hopes to save any locals from being sucked in.
