BUGGYWALK, Sport Wellington’s August walk is in the beautiful Otaihanga Domain, next to the Waikanae River on the Kapiti Coast. Meet on the main field at 10am for 10.30am start. Duration is about an hour. The track is completely flat and is on dirt, grass and gravel paths. Saturday, August 4 KAPA HAKA, Wellington regional competitio­n, Wellington Town Hall, 8.30am till 6pm. Nine teams, up to 350 performers, will be competing to represent the region at the national competitio­n. Tickets through Ticketek, $5/$10/$15.
