STORY FESTIVAL, Porirua, Cannons Creek and Whitby libraries host the A-long Hot Summer Story Festival. Kids collect a goodie bag from a participating library. There will be guest performances, animator Alice Moore, film, puppetry, music and more. It’s all about sharing and creating stories. The festival runs until January 18. Wednesday, December 19 THE WURLITZER THEATRE organ will be unleashed by Len Fifield when he performs his Christmas Time Concert at Southward Car Museum at 2pm. After Sir Len Southward rescued the organ from the Civic Theatre in Auckland, he housed it in a specially built theatre at his museum in Paraparaumu.
