Titahi Bay going digital

There are only about 10 weeks left until television in Titahi Bay goes digital.

Television around New Zealand is going digital in stages, with Hawke’s Bay and the West Coast having made the move last September and the rest of the South Island in April.

When Titahi Bay goes digital, everyone there who wants to watch TV will need to have Freeview, Sky or Igloo.

To go digital, most people will need a set-top box or TV with Freeview built-in, plus a UHF aerial or a satellite dish and a satellite set-top box.

The equipment you need depends on where you live and the signal available.
