PATEL’S APPEAL

Naginbhai Neil Patel has appealed to the High Court to overturn his declined liquor licence. The licence was refused by Judge Hole of the Alcohol Regulatory and Licensing Authority on November 7. Opponents have until December 18, to lodge their opposition to his appeal.
