Praise for Skylah

I very much enjoyed the story (February 18) about 6-year-old Skylah John, whose calm and quick thinking may have saved her mother’s life.

It goes to show that any time spent teaching young children about the correct behaviour in an emergency – be it an earthquake, power shortage, or, as in this case, the sudden illness of an adult – is time well spent.
