The Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment also has free informatio­n on its website and a free telephone question and answer service about legal rights, duties and processes for tenants and landlords who have disputes.

Given the newspaper identified a lack of legal education, why not co-ordinate with your legal columnist, Rainey Collins Lawyers?

Why not a free opinion on the tenancy rights and the Tenancy Tribunal?

Councillor Murrell and KapiMana News could have done better in looking out for those suffering in our community and you owe a follow-up article correcting your disinforma­tion. along Titahi Bay Rd near the pa and Mana College when it is a 70kmh zone?

It is so frustratin­g and will cause an accident. I was going along at 70kmh and a woman kept at 50kmh.

I had to beep at her, and then she nicely gave me the finger sign.

What is it with people at the moment? Is it daylight saving, the weather or do they just like being abusive?

And yes, there are others who also go that slowly. Maybe the 70kmh sign should be taken down and replaced with a 50kmh sign along that stretch of road.

Then we can all go chugga chugga!
