Hire A Hubby Kapiti have taken home a sweep of awards at the Hire A Hubby Con­fer­ence 2018, win­ning all the awards they were el­i­gi­ble for.

The con­fer­ence was held at Movie World on the Gold Coast with hub­bies from New Zealand and Aus­tralia in at­ten­dance.

Kapiti won the New

Zealand Out­stand­ing Cus­tomer Ser­vice award which is based on a sur­vey sent out by the fran­chisor to cus­tomers once work has been com­pleted.

“This award re­flects the ser­vice from our team,” said Shel­ley Co­ley, who owns Hire A Hubby Kapiti with her hus­band Dave Co­ley.

“We are very proud of our guys, they are the face of our busi­ness and this is their award.

“This award has been in place for two years and we have won it both times.”

They also won the New Zealand Fran­chise Ex­cel­lence for En­ter­prise award for be­ing the top per­form­ing busi­ness in their cat­e­gory and the New Zealand Hire A Hubby Fran­chisee of the Year award which is the top award in the coun­try.

“We have won the fran­chise award for five out of the last seven years.

“Fran­chisees are judged over 13 cat­e­gories for this award in­clud­ing cus­tomer ser­vice, growth, fi­nanc­ing, brand com­pli­ance and sup­port given to other fran­chisees to name a few.”

Hire A Hubby has been in New Zealand for 20 years and has around 60 fran­chisees through­out New Zealand, mak­ing these awards a great achieve­ment for the Ka¯ piti team.
