Kapiti branch wins
Hire A Hubby Kapiti have taken home a sweep of awards at the Hire A Hubby Conference 2018, winning all the awards they were eligible for.
The conference was held at Movie World on the Gold Coast with hubbies from New Zealand and Australia in attendance.
Kapiti won the New
Zealand Outstanding Customer Service award which is based on a survey sent out by the franchisor to customers once work has been completed.
“This award reflects the service from our team,” said Shelley Coley, who owns Hire A Hubby Kapiti with her husband Dave Coley.
“We are very proud of our guys, they are the face of our business and this is their award.
“This award has been in place for two years and we have won it both times.”
They also won the New Zealand Franchise Excellence for Enterprise award for being the top performing business in their category and the New Zealand Hire A Hubby Franchisee of the Year award which is the top award in the country.
“We have won the franchise award for five out of the last seven years.
“Franchisees are judged over 13 categories for this award including customer service, growth, financing, brand compliance and support given to other franchisees to name a few.”
Hire A Hubby has been in New Zealand for 20 years and has around 60 franchisees throughout New Zealand, making these awards a great achievement for the Ka¯ piti team.
