Local Streetwise Coffee franchise owners commended for ‘exceptiona­l’ operation

haron and Mark McFadyen, proud owners of Streetwise Coffee Kāpiti Road, have emerged as shining stars at the recent Streetwise Coffee conference held in New Plymouth.

The duo claimed the coveted Franchisee of the Year award, a testament to their unwavering dedication and exceptiona­l performanc­e.

Sharon and Mark have consistent­ly upheld an exceptiona­l standard in all aspects of their franchisee operations, earning them scores of 98.5 per cent in mystery shops and securing outstandin­g scores during field support visits.

Streetwise Coffee directors Jol Glover and Donna Ferrall commended Sharon and Mark on their achievemen­t.

“We owe this success to a lot of hard work, our amazing team and wonderful customers, as well as the support of Streetwise Coffee” Other winners were Luke and Brooke Mullinger, from Streetwise Coffee Blenheim, who received the Goodman Fielder Field Support Award for outstandin­g operations, impeccable cart presentati­on and meticulous coffee procedures.

Natalie Dette and Latalya Rewai, from Streetwise Coffee Ō taki, received the Alpha NZ Best Customer Service Award, showcasing their talent for delivering exceptiona­l customer experience­s.

Ketan and Priya Panchal, from Streetwise Coffee Whangārei, secured the Ecoware Highest Growth Award for their exceptiona­l 32.1 per cent growth in turnover.
