The duo claimed the coveted Franchisee of the Year award, a testament to their unwavering dedication and exceptional performance.
Sharon and Mark have consistently upheld an exceptional standard in all aspects of their franchisee operations, earning them scores of 98.5 per cent in mystery shops and securing outstanding scores during field support visits.

Natalie Dette and Latalya Rewai, from Streetwise Coffee Ō taki, received the Alpha NZ Best Customer Service Award, showcasing their talent for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Ketan and Priya Panchal, from Streetwise Coffee Whangārei, secured the Ecoware Highest Growth Award for their exceptional 32.1 per cent growth in turnover.
