Gearing up for Christmas parade and celebration
Kylie Watkins and Jacqui Knight of Katch Katikati are excited to be working alongside the Lions Club with this year’s Christmas Celebration and Parade happening on Saturday, December 5.
The parade starts from the Katikati College school grounds at 3pmand will travel in convoydown Carisbrooke St to Moore Park following on with a Christmas Concert and activities at Moore Park from 3.30pm.
“Wehave a great line-up of local artists and including a local Makers Market this year. The Lions have organised a great hive of activity for the children with Santa’s Grotto and the Little Entertainment Company,” says Kylie, Katch Katikati’s events manager.
If it rains theChristmas celebration concert will be held in the Katikati Memorial Hall.
