The guest bure suites are all equally seductive, stylish and serene. The high, palm-thatched bure roofs and wooden shutters are a nod to Pacific living. Well-appointed bathrooms with outdoor showers, within private courtyards, complement generous dressing rooms. For total romance, guests can take an easy stroll to the top of the island where the hilltop sleep-out bure awaits – perfect for a tryst or an overnight stay!
Island host, Dawn Simpson, and her staff provide the warm style of hospitality that Fijian people are so well known for – looking after guests as little or as much as they desire. Meals are delicious and feature fresh produce, with many flavours and ingredients unique to Fijian cuisine, with freshly caught fish brought to the island daily. Tropical fruit abounds and the breeze carries the sweet tropical fragrance of frangipani flowers.
The island offers an array of aquatic adventures, with warm, clear waters and coral reefs on the doorstep. Guests can snorkel, tank dive, swim and fish with carefully selected locals whose knowledge is invaluable. Cultural visits to nearby villages and areas of historical interest can be arranged, as well as massages and facials.
