For the beach lover, the resort offers a beach amenities program including umbrellas, chairs and towels… available daily. During California’s summer season, lunch may be ordered and delivered to you on the beach with a selection that includes a full array of picnic lunches, including pizza. The resort also offers a signature Southern California experience… a curated bonfire on the beach. Let the resort staff set up the bonfire, providing chairs, blankets, hot cocoa and s’mores. You and your fellow travellers will arrive to a warm blazing fire on the sand.
Pacific Waters Spa, located at the resort, features a 16-treatment room, full service spa, with male and female lounges with private whirlpools, waterfall showers and a separate beauty salon. Services include complete spa packages, like their Andalusian, which includes a 45-minute sea salt scrub and a 75-minute mud wrap, followed by a 75-minute foot treatment. They also offer a couples massage inviting you to share the experience of a 30-minute Pacific Waters soak with sea salts and oceanic aromas that combine to relax muscles and release tension, as well as soften the skin. Pacific Waters Spa has recently added targeted skin treatment therapies, including the Hydrafacial, a resurfacing procedure using extreme hydration, utilising Vortex-Fusion of antioxidants, peptides and hyaluronic acid. It is a non-invasive process that delivers instant results with no discomfort or downtime and immediate effects. Also recommended for fast-acting, anti-aging therapy is the Even Brighter Facial – designed to diminish the appearance of dark spots – allowing the skin to look visibly brighter, more uniform and luminous. The beauty salon offers hair/makeup and nail services.
In addition, Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach has a 24-hour fitness centre, two pools, including Mankota’s lagoon-style pool, which was recently renovated to include new luxury cabanas and an observation deck, perfect for cocktails at sunset.
