Property Brokers reveals branding

-

Property Brokers is excited to reveal its fresh and punchy new branding, cementing their position as New Zealand’s nationally provincial real estate agency.

In a little over 30 years, Property Brokers have built their family business into a company that stretches from the Waikato to the South Island. The Property Brokers family is 600 strong, with 43 branches across the country.

Staying true to the previous flag logo, the new brand is a modern twist on the flag and still reflects the culture of the company.

“We have changed our look, not who we are,” says Property Brokers managing director Tim Mordaunt.

Before the new brand, Property Brokers, established in 1986, has only ever had two logos. The original logo was created in 1992 by Woodvillebased designer Grant Collins.

Then in 1996 designer Paula Dashwood designed the latest flag concept which has had a few minor tweaks and updates over the years.

“I liked the flag as it has life in it and made our advertising stand out,” says Tim.

“After 20 years it was time for the company to modernise our brand to ensure it reflects who we are today, to reflect how much the company has grown over the last 20 years, and to ensure the new logo works well in digital formats, social media platforms, and evolves and adapts with new technology and advertising trends moving forward.

“Changing our brand has given us the opportunity to audit our whole company. Our values, our True Team promise, our internal and external relationships have all been a focus for us as we look to the future. Property Brokers has conducted an extensive survey of our clients, our suppliers and our staff and the feedback has been extremely encouraging.

“We are proud to be a contributor to the services of our regions and we are truly humbled by the support we receive from our communities.”

Due to the size of the company and multiple locations across the country, the new brand rollout will begin from August 1 and each Property Brokers branch will be progressively rebranded over the next six months.

All the Property Brokers family are positive and enthusiastic about the new brand which was revealed to them at their annual conferences in June.

“It has been a highly motivating and constructive process,” says Tim, “and we look forward to sharing our brand and more importantly, our brand values, with our local communities.”
